Very good experience with selling my home with GGG. I ended up moving out of state thinking my current home would sell quickly and ended up sitting on it for 6 months with no activity and carrying both a rent payment and the mortgage payment. After parting ways with my initial agent, I ended up meeting Gusty, and he was very honest about where I needed to be in order to sell and we got it done! Thanks a bunch!

Gusty was great! Was very helpful for a first time buyer, and listened to my initial request requirements. Gusty was also honest with me on searches and whether or not it was ideal for my situation. When I decided location and price were more important to me than the room numbers and square footage, he was so kind and accommodating of my changed requirements. I loved that I had the time and space to search for homes on my own without anything being shoved at me but also that he was available anytime I had questions or needed advice. Whenever we had schedule conflicts to view a home, I went to view with other realtors in the group and they were great as well.
